Helpdesk is a brainchild formed with an idea of being one place to find a friend, philosopher and guide for every student. A student’s journey is filled with competition at every step and he has important decisions to make that will impact his remaining life. Mentors guidance and a helping hand is needed at every step from the very start, Helpdesk aims to do that. Helpdesk works on bridging the gap between the education system and industry that the students aim to make their career into. Helpdesk is exactly what the name suggests- “A Desk where you can get help”. Help related to any concern in the stream of education. We focus on working towards improvising the education system. The areas that we focus on are more of understanding student’s requirement to the core of it and giving practical solutions.

Personality development grooms an individual and helps him make a mark of his/her own. It helps you develop a positive attitude in life.It also helps an individual to inculcate positive qualities like punctuality, flexible attitude, willingness to learn, friendly nature, eagerness to help others and so on.
It is very important for every student to understand what the word aptitude means and why an aptitude test for career selection is important when tracing your path towards success and growth.
Being technically skilled allows a person to use technology efficiently which in turn ensures better pay at work. Technical skills also save a lot of time and will help you access information efficiently. having technical knowledge also makes one confident.
English is one of the most commonly spoken languages in the world. Knowing English increases chances of getting a good job in a multinational company within your home country or of finding work abroad. It also increases academic opportunities.
We focus on the above mentioned 3 areas of development, because these collectively will make a student eligible for the next step in his life. Not everyone requires help in every area. One may be good in one area, and another in a different area. So, in Helpdesk we focus on per student, understand and counsel on what skills are needed for him specifically rather than having bulk student approach, identify where he lacks and build a customised program most suited for his needs. In order to do this we are going to offer workshops
and activities in every category.
